| I will be fishing the chain tomorrow and need to know what is the best boat launch to use. I know they started the draw down. I usually launch from Barnical Bobs. Is this launch ok or is there a better one. If anyone is interested I have an open seat tomorrow. |

| Try Mentones....easy launch, though I am pretty sure the place is owned by the mob.

| Try Bob's Marina on RT 173 on Lake Catherine. Its on the north side of the street just west of United Canvas. Good ramp, lighted and sheltered from the wind unlike Mentones and Barnacle Bob's. The State Park ramp on Grass Lake is also good and free. Just stay in the channel on Grass Lake. |

| When I used to fish the algae pit, I launched at Bob's. Only cost you ten bucks but it's the best one on the pit. |
