Last weekend, I posted that my Mom caught a nice musky while fishing in my boat:

Yesterday I fished for about an hour before dinner and my fiance landed this beast!!

Thanks. After the release, things got weird.
The fish came to the surface after the release and was lazily swimming around with a fin or two out of the water. I circled the fish protecting it from boat traffic until it went under. When she did, I began to motor from the site. There was a lot of people on the nearby shoreline watching the fish swim about, asking me all kinds of questions, and most of them were intoxicated.

When I looked back for the fish one more time...to make sure she stayed down, two guys were wading in the water where it was with a bass net. I got upset and motored back towards them. When they lifted the net, I saw the back of the fish come out of the water, then a big tail flip and it was gone. Thank God. I was ticked off, told me fiance to steer the boat out deep because I was getting off the boat to address this situation. Just then a DNR boat came flying up, saw the commotion, saw the two guys wading in the water with a net, and they immediately docked their boat on their pier and began addressing the situation in a more civil manner than I was about to.

I heard one guy....beer in hand say to the officers, "it's just a fish!"....and his response was, "No it's not, it's a musky."

Not sure what bling you are talking about.....but musky fishing out of my boat is kinda "non-bling"....it's an old 43 year old ski-boat....I always say, "that's why they called it a ski boat." HaHa. Mus-ski...get it? LOL!! ROAR!!

Shoot, I don't even have a depth finder. That old Vexlar on my dash doesn't even work.

As a matter of fact...I have a 2' piece of 2x4 that I use if I need to trim up my motor...just pull up on the cowl and jam the board between the lower unit and the transom

A small pair of vice grips are needed for throttle control on my kicker.
