Location: Not far enough north! | Holy smokes hurricane Isaac rolled through here lastnight and put a good dent in the drought. I recieved 6.5" of rain last night in a few hours (which was way too fast) with another couple inches forecast for this evening. After not raining all summer I was planning on starting the dissapointing corn harvest next week but will probably have to wait for the ground to settle. I wonder what mother nature will throw this way next. Snow in October? Rick |

Looks like we won't hardly get a sniff of any of the rain up here. Same goes for down here, they predicted around .5 to 1" of rain and nothing so far today. Just clouds and overcast muskie goodness. |

It won't put anymore pods on the plants but should help the size of the bean itself. Some of the beans are already starting to turn down here. Just hope what little corn there is stays standing through this so we have a chance to get what's there...
Muskie Goodness, whats that? Water is still in the low 80's around here as of middle of the week. It has not been safe to fish since May! Talk about sucking I just hope this system cools everything down a little for the season. I'm tired of the 90's
