Location: Eagan, MN | You don't hear much about these. Thinking about picking up a couple. Does anyone have any experience with them? Mostly wondering about the blades... thickness, amount of cup, how they run, etc. Also, what's the durability like. The only d10's I've really used are dcg's, and they're good but sometimes it seems like the blades get out of sync and I can never really get them to run right again. Sometimes I flatten the blades on my dcg's to get them to flare out more. I like the blades to create a lot of lift and resistance. Open to other brand suggestions as well, so let the rec's fly!! | |

| I like the Shumway giant flashers, but if I'm going to use a smaller marabou bait, I like the muskyMayhem ones..(supergirls)
Maybe I like the colors better? Not sure... But I definately like the 2nd hook on the Mayhem ones.. (I added a secod hook to the shumways before throwing them actually)
I've caught a few the shumways and they did hold up fairly well, just prefer the Mayhems..

| I like the regular flashers, but the newer ones are not the same. I've got some of the old ones that have 5-6 fish on them and they're still fishable. The newer ones seem like they fall apart just fishing with them, and after one fish they're pretty much done - half the marabou falls out fighting the fish, and the other half falls out throughout the day.

Location: West Metro, MN | I have 3 of these and I would say these are my favorite maribou bucktails, but as stated earlier i do add that 2nd treble on the front like a DCG. After 3 fish on the black and red one the maribou didn't look so good, but I just bought some more and tied it on. | |
