Location: Weyauwega Wi. | I have a tandem axle trailer. I'm just wondering if the tires should be rotated. If they should be rotated is the procedure the same as my truck ?

Some good information there... I have never rotated my tires. I've often thought about rotating (flipping) them on the wheel because the inside edge of the tire always wears out before the outside edge on my trailers. Flipping them would definitely get the the maximum mileage out of the tires, but I'm not sure if it would be worth it.
One thing worth mentioning with a tandem trailer is to be sure the trailer is rolling level with the weight distributed as evenly as possible on all four tires. I see some tandems going down the road with the hitch too high, and trailer at angle. If you're wearing out the inside edge of your rear tires before the fronts, you might want to take a closer look at that hitch level.
