St. Croix Avid AC300A reel, 5.1:1 ratio, sells new for $230. This one is lightly used, in very good condition with minor boat rash. Comes with a full spool of new 80 lb. Sufix 832 braid. Will sell for $145 and will ship for free.

How do these reels compare to Shimano Calcutta 400 or the 400 B series? Are they similar sizes?
