what baits have earned a permanent position "on-deck" in your boat?? this group of mine have probably never been in any storage system.

Mine do get put away now and then and it depends on the lake but I have some favorites.

Clear water lakes:
Blue/Silver 11" Curly Sue
Blue-Silver/nickle Double Cowgirl
Cisco Triple D

Dark water (shallower fishing normally)
Black Pacemaker
Chart-Black/Chart Mepps Musky Marabou
Black Weagle
Black/flame Rad Dog

Tandem Giant Killer spends a lot of time on the deck, also a perch Depth Raider. I try to keep it relatively clear though, I've changed out enough bent hooks.....

I was going to take a pic like Sled as its a cool shot, but realized I would have to be zoomed too far out for you all to see the goods.

The first I started to grab for the pic was a Hardhead, but then realized I would have to put out about 10 of them that have been equally good for me. Just depends on the lake.

4 Hardheads with the most play time:
Black Betty - special place in my heart
darkeye
bullhead
custom black/white and silver holo

Other baits:
10" black/white silver holo jake
black/white DDD
Perch DDD
Fish Stick HD
Tidal Wave
black with orange belly Ciscokid
black/white silver holo Ernie
TN shad grandma
chartreause tiger Warner
black/white silver scale warner
cisco warner
"naked lady" Big Joe

ok I'll stop there. I have a big front deck that is often cluttered!

pounders, mag dawgs, depthraider or two, a weagle, and a couple of cowgirls on a good day. on a bad day half the box might be on the deck depending on who i am fishing with.

Can't believe I forgot my go-to for just about any lake or condition - a lighteye color Hardhead with white or rootbeer tail. I might not have considered it on deck since it usually clipped to a leader on the rod!
