| Is there anywhere to launch a Jon boat and fish the river in this area for muskie. Don't want to be battling the crowds on the lake and prefer river fishing to lakes.

| Conover, right off of Highway K (west). There is a bridge over the road and a little landing area to launch a Jon or kayak.
It gives you a nice run down pretty close to Watersmeet Lake. Just north of Watersmeet there is a very nice launch, take out area.
Not sure what you will run into along the way, but good luck to you. | |
