Location: brooklyn park mn | I have have had some issues with twisted tulibee in past with it turning on side when jerking in or ripping it in. Been ok with swimming it up and down in like a tube. I have heard that the 2012 models are different and don't. Spin or turn while bringing in. Anyone have any experience with the new ones ? Likes/dislikes? Thanks |

Location: Manitowish Waters WI | I stopped by their both a the wasaua expo and they showed me how they beefed up the rear section of the bait where the tail splits. The bait was much stronger looking in terms of the tails staying open and not folding, causing that rolling action. Haven't bought any of the new models yet so can't tell you if they fixed it. |

| I’ve never fished one, but isn’t “turning on its side” a good thing when you rip it? I know a crankbait is sometimes judged by its “belly roll” and the flash it produces. Is this not the same thing? |

| The 2012 model is a definite improvement. It has been beefed up in the right places, and a few other little touches. It works great. Eric is great to deal with too. |

Location: Latitude 41.3016 Longitude 88.6160 | WOW I remember just a few years ago when the BULLDAWGS had alot of problems and they had to redesign and the old ones sat on alot vendors walls for years till they sold before the new ones came out to replace them. The new 2012 Twisted Tulibee I have used alot this year and it works !!!! Sell your old ones at one the Swap meets next year. |

| The 2012 model performs quite a bit better than its predecessor. The tail section where it splits has been beefed up to keep a better separation of the tails. They also added a small "pad" at the ends of both tails to give them a better action. Already put a couple fish in the boat this year with them, so somethings working right! |

Location: Land of the Musky | Bought one of Eric's 2012 models at the MI show for my collection and I was impressed. Real nice swimbait and it looks great in the water at any speed I put it at.

Location: Madison, WI | I to noticed the spinning problem, except under very very slow retrieves. I tried curing it with a 1/2oz bell sinker on the first hook and that works alot better. |

| The standard or original size Twisted Tullibee is only 3 1/2 oz. and was not designed for speed, but really shines on slow retrieves, just hanging there in front of a fish's face. The new design keeps the tails separated better, but both versions catch fish. Great colors, Durable and inexpensive.

Ya I thought that one was a shallow. I guess I fell into this train of thought too when I first bought shallow running swimbaits and they rolled on me. I thought they were not working right but it was me not working the baits right. Can't remember which company I emailed but they informed me that shallow swimbaits do not have the ballast weight in them so they can be shallow running but in return you have to run them slower or they will roll. Love my Twisted Shallows. Also have great luck with my Shack Attack shallows and really like my Regular SuperD Shallow running baits too. Can't go wrong with the twin tailed Twisted thought. Lots of action on these. |

| I like it to roll i cut the side fins off and let it aink and rip it back in from the bottom. |
