Location: Mauston, Wisconsin | Wife just said it's 102F on our indoor/outdoor Lacrosse Technologies digital weather station - the outdoor sensor is mounted in the shade on north side of the house!
Make sure all your outside critters have ample water & shade to hide in, although the effect of shade is probably minimal. Make sure you are staying properly hydrated yourself, heat stroke is no joke!
How hot is it where you are?
Stay cool!

Location: Lake "y" cause lake"x" got over fished | Minnetonka, MN 94 degrees with a 90% = 101 degrees
I assume with this constant heat wave that the water temps are quite high, guess it's time to bust out the bass gear for a week or two.

Location: McFarland | Madison, WI. 95 degrees feels like 103 degrees. We are under a heat advisory until Friday night....THIS SUCKS!!
Had .3 inches of rain in the whole month of June...poor farmers, poor fishermen, poor lakes. They are low and last night the water temps were 84-85 going to be a while, hope the muskies are hiding in the depths.
Maybe I will take all my hooks off so I can at least get some follows and strikes in..

| Just got back from Denver, Colorado. Temps over 90 all week long, with Monday a record 105. Felt like 8o does here. No humidity, no bugs, and with just a slight breeze made you not notice the high temps at all. Feels way hotter here at 90 then it did there. Stifling here. |

Location: Ogden, UTAH 10 minutes from pineview reservoir | Up here in northern Utah, ogden area its been 95+ for the past 12 days. Muskies have seem to move off the flats and out of the bays and onto main lake structure next to drop offs. Half the state has huge wildfires and muskie fishing has come to a stand still with micros being caught on bass gear. Lake is dropping like crazy and water is muddier than a chocolate milk shake. #*^@ I hate this time of year
Time to troll the main lake or chase bass or wipers
