If you were planning on fishing the river in the next 7 days better look for a new spot the river is over her banks as of right now its 5.5 feet above flood stage and suppose rise another foot or two tonight record high since 1950.Terry

A week may be conservative with this rain. It took around that amount of time after the last system blew through a few weeks ago. On the positive side, we've just added thousands of acres to fish in the Duluth/Superior area over the last 24 hours.

ill take some of that rain! We are bone dry in southern wisconsin, can hardly even get in the Wisconsin river its so low and my food plots are pitiful!

Dan, the river is really rollin up here now, so you should be seeing some flow quite soon, even with the buffering of the bigger flowages. Agreed though, we needed the moisture in these parts.
