| Finally able to get out this season on Friday. Third cast into the outting, and landed a 41 incher. Four hours later had 3 follows within 20 minutes with nothing to show other than a good tan. |

Location: Maple Grove, MN | We saw some huge fish the first two Saturdays of the MN season. I got a couple of big fish to hit on CJs the first morning of the season, but they both shook off. Bummer for me is that after a winter of physical therapy, my left shoulder still hurts when casting and especially when setting the hook. No pain, no gain I guess...... |

Location: IGH Minnesota | We hit the water for 14 hours yesterday and boated 8 along with 2 nice walleye to boot. Nothing huge but a good day none the less. Working glides a bit deeper was the ticket for us. |

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL | Got out on Friday on Pewaukee and Oconomowoc. Lost an upper 30's an instant before it was to be netted. It shook the hook, hit the rim of the net, and swam away. Soooooo close. I didn't stick another fish the rest of the day. Partner stuck an upper 40's (maybe could have hit 50"), but had it shake the hook after a strong thrashing at the surface. Frustrating day. Better luck next time........I guess. |

Location: Minocqua, WI | been putting fish in the boat every time out. Have been fishing a few hours each outing. Since wednesday: 34, 34, 28, 33, 41, 46, 34 in that order. The 41 came in a series of 5 casts that also put a 37 and 37.5 inch pike in the net. Lost several others and moved a bunch more. Good luck all! |

| Fished for Five days in a row with nothing more than 5 fish seen and a 32 incher caught. But the evening of the fifth night I managed to stick this pig and my buddy Richie got her into the net.
