If youre awake, and bored, you can watch Norwegian national TV's salmon fishing, minute by minute live. The opener was at midnight (norw. time) and they film for 24 hours.

The hardcore salmon head, is the only fishermen, I can think of, that are as obsessed as you musky guys (this is meant in a positive way)

I'm in Saudi Arabia. It's 11:28 AM here. For some reason there is a shortage of fishing shows on the hotel TV system.
Hopefully, the "Interstring" (renamed from a randomly activated internet!) will allow me to watch your link.

They supposedly caught a few fish at 3 am, but then I was sound asleep. As far as I can see, most of them are fishing with something similar to a paternoster tackle and worms (a bit like walleye bottom bouncing). I would really like to have go with one of those 30-50lbs salmons, in those currents...

Reading some reports on a norwegian forum. One guy hooked a beaver, in the early am's. Norm? are you in Norway fishing for salmon??
