My 6500 Abu Inshore will not go into free-spool when the lever is pressed in. Taking it apart, everything appears to be in good shape (parts). It seems to me that when the lever is pressed, internally it is not lifting the pinion gear far enough out of place to allow the spool to spin freely (cast). I assume this is a common, simple problem because the first Inshore I bought would not free spool when I bought it so I returned it for a replacement. Now this reel does the same thing after approximately 20 hours of use this weekend.
I am familiar with other Ambassedeurs and parts but the Inshore is set up a bit differently with the spool and shaft anyways.
I have a love/hate relationship with Abus. They have been great reels for guys on a budget like me, they are very easy to work on and parts are widely available... But this reel only has 20 hours on it. I am fairly certain no parts broke but something may have shifted inside.
Has anyone experienced this problem before? Simple fix?

Not bashing Abu by any means, just want to know how to correct the problem now and in the future.

the clutch arm is bent part # 22807, also ck part # 20685 it could be bent also.
don't frespool the reel fighting a fish, that is how I would say the parts are getting bent.
