I have 1 lcx 27 and 1 lcx 37 can I run this off 1 gps puck and how do I do it.I do have the ethernet cable hooked up can't get the 2nd unit to respond to a gps signal I have read the manual but dont see how to do this

How are you connecting the GPS antenna to the units--do you have a NMEA 2000 network set up?

thats the paper work i could not find thanks, and this makes the ethernet cable (yellow ends ) useless for what I am trying to do?

Correct, the ethernet cable is useless for that. Buy a nmea 2000 starter kit, it will have everything you need. I just did the same thing in my boat (520 and x28) and it works great.
