I am looking at Sufix metered line so I can go between casting and trolling on the same reel and still know how far back my baits are. If you aren't familiar with the lines, the color changes every 25 feet. Some of the segments are bright colors.

Any opinions on multi-colored line for muskie? I don't usually worry about line color but these lines are very bright in some sections.

Thanks

I tried the Stealth Camo Braid. Very dissapointed in the quality. The tan part frayed pretty much right away.

Count passes on the reel is what I always did when trolling with a casting reel without a line counter on it.

Thanks for the replies. It doesn't sound like anyone thinks the colors turn the fish off. I'll have to look at some of the other options before I make a decision.

If you go on the Sufix website you can find the metered lines in heavy strengths.
