I am in the market for a new jerkbait rod and have heard great things about the TI rods,I remember seeing in the forum there were some new models coming out maybe a 7'6 ,7'9 or maybe 8',I dont usually throw anything larger then a hellhound or midsize phantom so just trying to see whats out there as i didnt see anything about these rods on the website. Also trying to find out where i can actually see these rods before ordering.I am in Gurnee illinois, close to the wisconsin border.Any information would be great and thanks in advance. Hi Ray.

Had an issue with some Fuji parts. Got everything fixed but I am about 5 weeks out with these. Along with them I am making the new 2-piece rods too. Really looking forward to these coming out!! If you want me to send you an email alert when they are ready please send me an email to [email protected] I can also let you know the retailers that will have them available too. I drop ship for a few retailers right now and other have standing orders for the new rods once they are ready to ship.
Thanks
James

Will you be offering blanks in the 8' and 7'6" lengths?

Not at this time. I have had a few guys take my 9' blanks and cut them back and they have reported to me they really liked them. Not sure if I would cut a 9' blank back to 7'6" though. I think the three rod blanks that were cut back were made into 8'6 and 8' rods. Best guy to ask would be Jeremy with Tuscadora tackle. I think he has modified some blanks by cutting them down a little but I am not sure how far he has gone.
