I would be interested. Lungin and I almost went there several years ago.....went to Leech instead.
I've been to Okoboji in the summers back in college. That is one hell of a party town. | |

did some reseach with some guys that know,,sounds like okoboji is the better fall lake then clear,,,Im In for sharing a room but I will be pheasant hunting,,,the muskie fishing is so,so in Iowa but the pheasant huntng is world class, anybody who comes is free to tag along with me bring the scatter gun ,,,Also we get to go raid the tackle outlet store at the berkley factory, I mean without the scatter gun[:devil:],,,this has all the makings of a great trip guys!!!!! | |

| Midge, I believe you're about 2 1/2 hours from 'boji. I'd love to join in the festivities, but the duck/goose season is in full swing now. There are fish to be caught on 'boji late in the season.
Check out the Country Club Motel, it's right across the hwy from the E. 'boji ramp, and is the least expensive in the area. Or, if you care to camp (brrrr), there is a full service campground right at the Emerson Bay boat ramp. | |
