Nice crowd today.

I managed to make it out with 2 nimmers, 2 ghosttails and a spanky.

WOW ! There seems to be a lot more "new muskie guides" at this show.
Is there any money to be made in guiding these days???

Nice pics Steve, Thanks

Congrats on the 51 reels PikeMaster, that should keep you busy for a while! I can't wait to get mine back from you!

Thanks again!

It must have been busier earlier in the day than when we were there. I got there with my two girls about 4:30 Saturday and the place seemed almost deserted. My girls each made lures while I went about the show. We ended up buying six big cookies, some drinks, a half pound of chocolate covered peanuts and I got a Muskie Hunter coffee mug.

I honestly did not see any new lures, rods, reels or tackle that interested me in the least. It was like "I have that. I have 20 of those. I have 10 of those. Don't need that. ". It was the first time I ever went to a Muskie show without buying any fishing tackle or equipment of any sort. Guess I must already have to much stuff.

Saturday was really busy until late afternoon; I think the nice weather killed the evening.

Yeah, we only went later because my oldest daughter had basketball practice. And then we almost didn't go because of the nice weather. Wish my new coffee mug was a bit larger though. It is forcing me to walk to the coffee maker more often.

Did anybody stop by the guy's booth with all of the used baits? At sometime on Saturday they were all marked 40% down from what they were originally listed at. We loaded up on some stuff from him. Not the usual used junk either. High quality stuff that mostly looked nearly new if not brand new.

It seemed like I should know who that guy was. Does anybody know who he was?
