Subject: HDS-5 LOTW map chip options


What are my options for a map chip covering the NW Angle section of LOTW on my HDS-5 unit?

Location: Stevens Point, WI		Navionics or the new Lowrance Insight HD and Pro cards. If you can find 2011 or older Lakemaster cards, those will work as well. 2012 Lakemaster cards are exclusive to Humminbird now.

MTO has the 2011 low/rainy lowrance chips for 75 right now. That's your best option.

Not trying to threadjack this, but while we are on this topic: Did either of the mapping companies ever complete the mapping of LOTW up to Kenora? I know it was in the works, but then the economy went south.
