| Has any one had luck with storms lures like the giant flatstick or the thunderbeast? |

| my first muskie ever came on a storm thunderbeast so ill always have a special place for one in my boat. Besides that I do like throwing them, the wider tail looks great in the water and you can find them for pretty cheap too |

Location: Lake "y" cause lake"x" got over fished | I enjoy throwing the giant flat stick. Had some success on it last year... nothing to brag about, but success non the less. Caught a fish on the Black/Chrome and one on the Gold/chrome. Also lost one last year on the Black/chrome.
I will say if you do buy one, I like to remove the center hook on them now. I talked to a few guys that told me to do so. But at first I didn't listen, when I caught the first one (black/chrome) the center hook got up underneath the left gill plate, had to cut the hooks and it took me what felt like forever trying to get it out. I did get it out, and there was a little blood but the fish swam away strong. I barley had to revive her at all she was gone in a flash. I really hoped she was OK and I thought about it all day. Needless to say I removed the center hook. I feel it also increases action of the lure when ripping it. but that also could just be me telling myself that too... but I like them a lot, I have a lot of confidence throwing them. |

Location: colorado | outlet bait and tackle. sometimes has good deals on storm lures. I own a few but they have not seen any water time yet. |

Location: Bemidji, Lake Vermilion | Thunderbeasts can be run really shallow for a big rubber bait and do present a different look that dawgs. I have a few giant flatsticks although I think they should be called small to medium flatsticks. They cast and troll well though. I am definitely a fan of giant thundersticks. Two different depth options and either straight or jointed. Ripping around fast trolling the shallow versions when cisco's are busting the surface can be a great tactic. |

| heres mine! 38" on the orange 9" thunderbeast, 3rd cast with it. Strangely enough ive never gotten any fish on any other rubber bait other than a thunderbeast and ive put a lot of time into bull dawgs.

They swim well, but I've never had any luck with them aside from a 2lb or so largemouth. |

They swim well, but I've never had any luck with them aside from a 2lb or so largemouth.

I like the action, so I always have tried to give them time in the water. However never caught or even seen a fish while using them. |

| Actually the 8" Kickin Minnows are a go to bait of mine. I have caught a handful of fish with a PB 52 incer too. However I change both of the hooks and put bigger ones on too. One of the best rubbers in my opinion, but since there not called bulldawg people don't seem to throw them to much.... |
