| Cory,
I had mine made at Custom Faberkin in Fond du Lac. They did a fantastic job, and will do it however you want. Best cover I've ever had. $450 included a custom accessory bag for my Wave Wackers. |

| Cory I just went though this. Speaking from experience, do your research before you buy. There are tons of different manufacturers of fabrics you can choose from. There are basically two kinds of fabric to choose from and two kinds of cover designs to choose from and the decision to integrate or not integrate the motor cover.
The two kinds of fabrics are the canvas based product like Sunbrella and the ruberized product like you see on a Ranger custom cover like Top Gun. The Top Gun fabric is tough as nails but will not breathe well and in the right conditions will turn your boat into a green house of mildew. If you go that route, make sure you get it vented properly. The Sunbrella or similar product looks like a typical canvas and is quite breateable and water tight but will require you to re-apply a water proofing liquid every few years if you keep the boat outside.
A cover can be made with the intent to trailer with it on or to store it only. Make sure you have yours made for your inteded use. If they are not fitted properly when trailering they will rub your boat and motor cowling and leave marks which are not easily repaired. It can also damage itself around hems and seams in corners if not properly fitted. |

| Cory,
Just a suggestion...
Whoever you choose have them make the "bra" option. This will cover the bottom of the front of your hull. I.e. the bow flare...
This will help keep road grime, chips, nicks out of your fiberglass.
I've seen this on several rigs and the next cover I get will definately have this feature.

| Chris' Custom Sewing on Hoepker Road just north of Madison does a great job. I had a Sunbrella cover made for my 17' Alumacraft Tournament Pro this spring and it cost about $550. |

| There is a place in Pewaukee (can't remember the name) but when I go to the lake next I'll make sure I write it down for you. I heard that they do a good job.
Don't know about the place in Janesville. Sorry |

| Corey,
I had the same decision to make recently to for my 620. I went to the guy that is on location at Action Marine in Slades Corner, WI. He has done my last 2 covers and does an awsome job.
With a glass boat I was told a couple different options, but after talking with Curt he was explaining how he fixes some jobs gone bad because glass boats dont have much to attatch to like aluminum. He has a ton of experience because he works on tops for Cobra bass boats. Total for me was around $500 and I can trailer and store my boat with no problems. I dont have the phone number but if you call Action Marine they'll get him for you. Seriously he is good and my cover looks awsome on my 620.
