Location: Ogden, Ut | There aren't any 'guides' legally operating on Pineview that I know of (I'm pretty sure that the Forest Service - owner of the land surrounding the reservoir - hasn't issued any Special Use Permits for commercial guides). There's plenty of people that will take your money though. There's also a plethora of local 'experts' who are happy to teach you about how there is really no use for proper release equipment, leaders, heavy tackle, etc.
