Thought this was a pretty cool story... the other day I was hanging out w/ my friend Tyler in his garage talking about fishing and playing w/ some of the rods and tackle (nothing unusual). Suddenly, something caught my eye in one of the tackle boxes laying around. I opened it up and was SHOCKED at what I saw... I picked up one of the baits and said WOW! Tyler.... I made this one!!! It was the first wood lure I ever made and first attempt at painting one. I believe I was 12 or 13 when I made it. It turns out to be a friend of a friend of a friends tackle box that forgot it w/ someone who then forgot it at Tylers house. It has probably been a good 6- 7 years since I've seen it and have no idea what happened to it. Small world huh? I never stopped making lures but have since then switched my focus to specialty rigs and bucktails. Sure made my day seeing it again!

Funny how it all works out.

How much did he make you pay for it?

Luckily I didn't have to fork anything over to get it back haha. I wonder what kind of adventures this thing went on over the years. I've made tons of baits since then but this was a special one. I never like to give up the first ones I make of their kind.
