| So after a long winter of getting baits ready for painting I just put in a big order of an assortment of createx paints and was wondering with createx paint do I have to use a thinner and how much thinner is needed. Also approximately how much psi I should run thew the air brush. Hopefully be painting by the weekend any more advice would be great guys this will be my first attempt. Just trying to get ahead of fatal mistakes!!!! |

| Any suggestions on what kind of thinner works best or should I use some sort of min. spirits, what works best I am sure this has been brough up before. |

| createx is water based you do not have to thin it. you will have to use epoxy clear with createx |

Location: Glen Ellyn Il | Createx paint you can shoot it as is . Yes you can make it thinner, C-tex has two items. Createx illustration base will thin out your paint, can use up to 20% Item # 5608. or you can use c-tex wicked color Reducer will thin the paint and also more transparant item W100. I shoot around 30 psi, you can do lower depend on the nozle and how thin is the paint. |
