| What's the latest on the new deep plastic Phantoms? Haven't heard much about them, but I thought they were supposed to be out sometime this spring? |

| How do these compare to the older wood Deep phantoms? 2 years ago BigWoodMuskyLures.com ran an exclusive special on the down deep phantoms. They had a select few and I picked some up. How do the new ones compare to the deep wood ones that were being sold a couple years back? |

| I have one... I must be doing something wrong because it doesn't glide like the 20+ other phantoms I have. I will say that I haven't tried it much though as I got frustrated and switched back to a normal phantom. If anyone has any tips to working the deep phantoms that would be great! |

Location: Victoria,MN | I have played a bit with Deep Phantoms, I have worked them fast to get real erratic action and paused them , and also just worked them with light taps.
Personally I like working them fast and have had good results doing it BUT nothing in the net. |

| How deep do they run, generally speaking?
Which size are running, 6" or 7.5"? Regular or Softail? |

Why the need for one when you have a hardhead? |

Good catch there. No NEED for one, just thinking it might be something a little different. Suppose I could just add the weight inserts to the regular Phantom I have that I rarely use. |
