Location: Des Moines IA | It sure does feel good. It's been way too long. When you do the math and figure out all the rent you throw away, just doesn't make any sense. Especially with mortgage rates under 4%. |

| So I'm not the only one. When my wife and I were looking for our current home I gave her my number one priority which was finding a house with enough garage space for three vehilces and the boat which meant a garage at least 26 feet deep. She actually took a tape measure with her on showings and measured a bunch of garages and if they weren't deep enough she moved on. After looking at countless houses we found one that accomodates all vehicles and the boat. The house we live in is the only house I looked at. She did a good job! |

Technically, it's not mine yet. I close in the morning. they were nice enough to let me move some stuff in the garage, and since it's going to be really cruddy weather I took full advantage. The cover will come off sooner or later, gotta get all this stuff moved first though!!! |
