Looking for a couple new-in-box pre-ROI straight model (non-jointed) depthraiders. These would be the ones in the old Bucher grey/red packaging. I am specifically looking for sucker and nite shiner colors but may buy others. I will pay $25 shipped each for nite shiner or sucker. I also may be interested in used old depthraiders depending on color and condition. You can email pics to me at [email protected]. Thanks

When did the ROI Depthraiders come out? I have a perch DR that I bought back in the mid 90's that I've used maybe 2 or 3 times, no box though.

Zib-good chance that is a pre-ROI but I'm not looking for perch at this time.

Jim - looking for the straight-model (non-jointed) but I still might buy the jointed one you posted. Sent you a PM

Just curious-What do you find different between the old depthraiders and the new?...or are you just collecting?

I am not a collector. Maybe its all in my head...but it seems like the old ones give off a dfferent vibration and sound from the rattle. I have a few old ones that are just great producers...have yet to buy a new one that feels the same and is as productive. I've talked to a few other good crankbait fisherman that have experienced the same results.
