Just got back from the grocery store, and after looking at their display, I thought they were selling musky lures at 3.99 / per pound. Upon further inspection, it turns out the guy who's making the display in the fish sticks department has an even worse a case of cabin fever than I do. On second thought, maybe not (I filled the bath tub last winter and started doing figure 8's with a cowgirl at the peak of my fever!!!)

Creative use of an old Ratman lure though. It put a smile on my face.

That is Hilarious, After watching big fish 365 and musky hunter on Saturday morning, my fever got so bad that I pulled out the box, sharpened all the hooks and filled up the bathtub to test actions and practice figure 8s. I wonder how many other people do this same thing when they are feeling the need.

Saturday John Underhill's wife told me that John too had filled the bath tub to play with baits. I assured her that it was not normal behavior and that she should keep a close eye on him! I went as far as to gasp and say "I can't believe that!. " Then once I could see that she felt I was on her side I asked, did he make a special short rod & reel like I did for running baits in the tub?
I think she used sign language during her reply!! Cabin Feaver a terrible thing to waste!!

Hello, my name is Sam Ubl and I'm also an addict. Laughed out loud when I read the original post, I also filled my bathtub over the weekend to test a couple new lures I "accidentally" had to buy when I ran to the town baitshop for waxworms and shiners, lol.. $50 later I came home, filled the tub and drew 8's in the tub with a stiff ice jigging rod.
