| Is ther a black sealer or epoxy I can use so I only need to coat the bait one time to paint a black bait? This would be very helpful to save a step. Thanks

I've mixed white createx with some five minute epoxy to cover a lead weight I added to a Suick. I was too lazy to repaint the whole thing, but I wanted it to look decent. It seems like it cured pretty hard, but I'm sure it's a bit softer than pure epoxy.

Location: Hugo, MN | Upon further research, it seems that System Three makes tinting pigments for epoxy. Looks like it comes in black, white and a few other primary colors. Might be something to play with. It might be nice to use white epoxy as a base layer to paint over when building baits, instead of sealing, priming and another layer of clear.
