To anyone that is interested:

In Eagle River at the Eagle River Inn on Watersmeet Lake, on November 6th at 7 PM there will be a meeting with the local wardens and anyone interested in order to change the position fishing law and perhaps bring back trolling(all kinds, forward, back). It would definately help the law get cleared up. Come and show your support.

Too far away for me, sorry. You can have my proxy vote though. Good Luck! What do you think the chances are for changing this? Will it be statewide? Does the class A musky lake designation matter?

I might be able to make it myself. How do you get there from the west, coming in on 70?
Thanks!

I wish they would just make it so you can cast and drag a sucker with the electric motor. I don't get it at all.

Rob, if it's the place I'm thinking of...

It'll be on your left as you head towards Eagle River. Big white place just after you cross the bridge. Can't miss it. If you hit Eagle River you went too far.
