http://www.etackle.ca/musky-pike-rods/
Just picked up our rods. His prices are far better than buying direct form the USA too. For me to ship to Canada (even with my $120 special) is about $210-$220 per rod with FedEx (included duties, broker fees, etc). So, etackle is now buying in bulk so contact Phil and let him know what you need. He will be putting in a bulk order for freighting up about 50-100 rods in the next week so let him know what you need ASAP. He is buying a small amount for inventory but most are for direct sales. Phil's email is [email protected]
-------------------------------
New rods are ready to SHIP!!
Got the new rod ready to go and have already shipped a few today. I will have a few of every rod I carry at the Milwaukee show next week. I will also have a few trolling rods with gold and titanium colors metal guides on them. I only made a few of each just to see what they looked like so if you want a unique trolling rod with different color guides get to my booth and pick one up early. I do have a few of each still in my warehouse and I plan on taking those to the Michigan Musky Expo. If you can't make either just email me and I can ship one direct to you. All rods will be $120 until Spring. These will also be carried by some other retailers and booths at upcoming shows. I know Ross's will have them in Wausau and Tylers baits will have them in New London and Kevina Cochran will have a few at the Minnesota Musky show later this year.
As for the blanks, I have a few custom rod builders that plan on picking them up soon. I am sure some will post here and let you know how to contact them to get some really nice custom rods built using the TI blanks.
See all rods on:

Location: Ontario, Canada | James, looks like some great rods/blanks available. Can't wait for the jerkbait to show up.
Your doing a great job of providing us out here in muskie land with some awesome tools.
The new 8' casting rods handle length says 16", is that a type o, and it should be 18" ?

Location: Land of the Musky | My new 8' rods have 16" handles. Kind of cut it in the middle with these rods so the usable rod length would not be too short. For typical musky rods 16" is still on the longer side for a handle. If you get the chance to go to a show stop by and hold both the 9' with an 18" and the new 8' with a 16". I think you will like both. |

| Are you planning on a 9ft pink rod? My girlfriend just saw these and fell in love and will probably get one. However, she is 5'9" and would prefer a 9 footer so it is easier on her back on the figure 8 |

Location: Land of the Musky | Chain Gang-It would be next year if I came out with a hot pink 9' rod.
Not sure but I am sure someone knows. Does the purple rod that Tooth Tammer has come in 9'? Great rod from a great company and I think all of the proceeds from the Tooth Tammer purple rod is being donated to Cancer charities. Just not sure on the length. I think Bill will have some of those at the upcoming Milwaukee show too. Definitely worth a look if you are at the show and what a great cause to support too.

Only difference is the length of the total rod form 8' vs 9' and the handle lenght of 16" (8') vs 18" (9'). Both have the same feel and power.
For other rods I am workgin on a new 7'6" version of the MH, XH and XXH. I keep hearing many want the 7'6". Please PM me to confirm if that length is what you are really looking for.
Thanks

| James,
All I have to say is bring on the 7'6"!!!!!! I actually think I asked you for one before the 8' came out. I know long rods are the trend, but there are lures that I prefer a shorter rod for. Great news to hear that a 7'6" rod maybe in the mix! Sign me up for a 7'6" XH already! |
