Does anyone have any experience with this prop? I am in need of a new prop and think this might provide a bit better performance.

I run a 2003 1750 Fishhawk with a 2003 Merc 115 4s.

They where not available when we had open water last fall so probably not gonna find any good info til spring when they will be more people trying them out. A great prop for this boat is a Trophy SS if you are looking for the best performance.

I've been told for years of the dangers of running with a SS prop on new water, as there is no forgiveness if you hit something. Since we are fishing a totally new section of LOTW this year, I am a bit worried.

Am I just being paranoid?

Al Lindner's fishing show did a minute or two on it. They said it knocked a couple of seconds off of the hole shot and made a great improvement in boat handling compared to a 3 blade aluminum prop.
