does anyone know  where this can be purchased, ive notice from rubbler, wood and plastic that lure man. have been using the uv reactive dyes and paints so that the lures look more realistic to the fished eye,  anyone have any info?  im looking for some plastisol dye......... also tungsten powder if anyone know anything about that
