After getting hyped up about which lure to enter, I spent almost all day Friday making and painting 2 new ones. I then spent most of Saturday in the ER in excruciating pain from my back to my hips and into my nether regions. IV bags and injections finally made it possible to walk to the Jeep, but the pain woke me up again just hours later and I'm still awake and in 10-pain. If this is bait building for me, I'm done. That's bad news for me and you guys, but good news for someboby or maybe more than one somebody.
I'm looking for an apprentice. Someone with a real passion for making and painting top-notch lures. No age limit, but you should live within an hour of Cudahy, or it's going to be too much driving. I have everything that is needed, and I'm ready to spill it all before I lose it all. Design- Weighting/Balancing- Picking wood and working with it, and the sealing/painting/clearcoat process from beginning to end.
This is no crap and shouldn't be taken lighlty. I reserve the right to hit anyone in the doopah with my cane if they pee me off. Take your time and think about it, because I'm not looking for an existing builder who is looking to solve his problems, but if you're a newbie and gave it up or feel like giving it up, this could be a good chance for someone.
Send me a PM or e-mail to get the ball rolling.

Hi my name is Chad.... IM VERY interested. Ive been working on my own baits for many years and have seen your work on here and would get to know some of your skills. Im an avid musky fisherman and nothing beats the rush of catching a big one on your own bait. I live in West Allis and have even inquired about your work at Reinke Brothers. Please give me a call ASAP!

Thanks

Chad

Would love to be your apprentice for bait making but Tn. to you is a little far Glad age wasn't a factor. I actually could have been included in something . Wish you the best Beav. I have been lucky enough to have most of my spinal problems corrected with surgery. I wish you could too. Living in pain is pure hell. I am no newbie to pain myself.
