Location: Hopefully on the water | Not that I can think of. There is Gander and Fleet Farm but not any Good, straight bait shop only and musky shop around Green Bay. Maybe some day there will be. |

| Second The Sportsman in Appleton. Great selection of muskie tackle. Right now, too.
Just east of Hwy 41 on the north side of Wisconsin Avenue.

| As of right now there is no decent musky shop in Green Bay, but in early spring of 2012, Smokey's Musky Shop will be opening another store in Green Bay. Smokey's On The Bay will be a full line musky shop and will also carry walleye, salmon, bass, and other multi-species gear. They will also be running a full service guide staff covering the waters of Green Bay and beyond. |

| A big thumbs up for The Sportsman. Pete's a good guy and they have a good selection for musky fishing. They also have some terminal tackle for you builders out there. I pick up some odds and ends from those guys and they are always looking for input on products so they share with others and keep quality on the shelves. I try to buy from them whenever possible, they are pretty competitive with the big guys. |

| Stopped in at the future Smokey's on the Bay today, shelving is up and it seams to be progressing well. It will be great to have a dedicated fishing - tackle - bait shop in Green Bay again, especially being affiliated with an already established operation a good as Smokey's. Best thing is it's only 5 minutes from the Metro Boat Launch.

| Looking forward to a new sport shop in Green Bay. Been a long time and musky tackle is a plus, also another plus is they have fishing guide connections.
Thanks for the heads up!

They have a great selection and always welcome recommendations for what they should stock.
They also allow the C & R Musky Club to meet in the back room on the first Tuesday's of the month. |

Location: Nowhere near where I should be | Sportsman is where its at , if you don't see something and are interested Pete will help you out. as far as the reel shot they laughed when we mentioned musky gear not to long ago and said there wasn't a demand glad to here they changed their tune, still couldn't compete with Pete. Thats what we need, more guides on the bay, silly. |

| Smokey's on the Bay will be open April 1st. As of right now we are very near opening with a ton of gear in already! We will be a full line tackle shop with tons of musky, walleye, bass, trout and salmon gear. We will also be stocking live bait, everything from minnows to crawlers to spawn sacs. Come down to 1122 Irwin Ave on April 1st! |

Location: Not where I want to be! | Geez! Why are all you guys worried about the new shop in GB? It's good to see the Sportsman has a good following, but... Competion is good!! If you are concerned about the Sportsman, then you should be down on the internet stores. They have no storefront overhead or property taxes . That's an unfair advantage!! |

| It will be nice to have a stop close to the metro boat launch for affordable live bait in the spring and summer for walleye and having my suckers in the cooler when I head up north in the fall. Green Bay needed a bait & tackle shop! |

Smokey's does carry imported products. John tried to make a statement a few years ago when some products were sent overseas and the quality dropped considerably. |

Location: Green Bay, WI | Just stopped by to see the boys there in the new shop yesterday. I was VERY impressed by how well they are setting things up. These guys have a lot of experience in the musky industry, and I think you'll see that when/if you stop into the store. It isn't open just yet, but I think it will be a a great addition to the area--and provide a great service to the anglers planning to use the lower river launch.

| Was up from Indiana on business in Green bay and saw online that smokeys had a new shop up there. Stopped in after my work was over with and was pleasantly surprised. Picked up a number of good baits including two of Tylers lures. Just tried them out today on home waters and they look good. |
