Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Pretty much everything up north is locked up. I'm curious how far south the ice line is. Your waters open still? |

| Irritating when there is no ice but you have these persistent lows and occluded frontals with rain everyday for days at a time. I think KY just broke a 74 year old precipitation record. Some years the rains hit right and its bonus, this year, not for me. |

Location: Perryville, MO | No historical records, but the same strange rain patterns really made things weird for me as well this year, FSF. Yet opposed to others, I can still hope that ice never locks me out. |

Location: Eagle River, WI | Out on the Eagle River Chain tonight. 2-4 inches of ice and no walleyes. My brother was featured on channel 12 showing how to use a tip-up though, so that was pretty cool. |

Location: Tower, Lake Vermilion | The ice shacks are already going out here on Vermilion. We have about 9 inches of ice in many areas of the main lake. Surface conditions are excellent with just a light dusting of snow on the ice.
Happy Holidays.
