What recourse do I have against an on-line Etailer of musky tackle that neither sends me the baits I ordered or fails to return the $90 that was charged to my credit card a month ago? They have repeatedly failed to answer my phone messages and emails instructing them to return my funds.

I am in the same boat Guest .... Ordered baits and was charged back in September.
No lures & no refund.
I'm not going to say who it is, but it rhymes with Husky Nails.

happened to me too! I sent a total of 5 emails and left 6 voicemails to 3 different numbers they have posted on "husky nails" site....ordered it on the 12 of september and then finally heard back from them sometime close to november...I thought I was over reacting but knowing this has happened to several people I cant imagine how they conduct such poor business and keep that site going...terrible service

I second that...verrrrrry fast shipping.
I almost made the mistake of ordering from MUSKY TALES again because they do look like as credible e-tailer but after reading this I definitely will just stick to MTO from here on out and anything they dont carry I will try and find on here
