| I doubt it. I saw couple 4-5 acre ponds today that weren't quite frozen all the way. It won't be long though |

Location: Oregon, WI | Bigman, any luck? Did you have to break ice to get out on Wingra? May give it one last go tomorrow, unless we have a late warmup that is. |

Location: Oregon, WI | Didn't get out on Wingra (probably should have), went to Monona (10:30 - 4:00) instead. Piers are out at Olin Landing making launching difficult by yourself. That should have been my first clue to go somewhere else. Anyway, No nothing... Highlight of day was the anticipation of watching the suckers getting nervous a couple of times. |

Location: Oregon, WI | Here's a quote from someone on Lake-link:
"I don't think they pull the piers from Babcock but the idiots lock the gate to the parking lot. When I asked about why they did this a few years ago I was told because "kids" go back there and party and it easier to lock everyone out rather then patrol it. Guess the kids don't party the other nine months of the year."

Location: Yahara River Chain | Got an email from a Cap City member yesterday and they couldn't launch out of Lake Farm Park on Saturday. So they headed to Olin on Monona and did well. Pics are post on the Cap City web site. |

| Waubesa is mostly ice. Was on Monona today the bays are mostly frozen and there is large sheets of ice floating in middle, when i looked out and saw my planner boards and baits dragging on top of ice it was a sign to hang it up for year. Alot of ice broke up when wind kicked up but will ice over again tonight.

Location: Northern IL | No muskies today but caught 6-7 kitties, pretty slow. 38 degree water. caught 5-6 pike as well, deepest one at 54'. This is what happens when you drop something "small" down when we mark fish but won't hit a trolled, or fast moving, or large bait.
