| Today I put off taking my Clients fishing till noon, waiting on the winds to die out a little. When we got to our starting spot the water was very much stained due to wave action from the very high winds from last night.I started by placeing two Legend Plows out short lined 25 feet from the boat, inside lines. On the outside two lines I went with Trophy Divers Jtd in Black w/Hot Pink belly.15 minutes into the troll, the right outside rod bent over but the line never pulled out any drag.Must be weeds I thaught, when I touched the rod I felt a week head shake. After a few cranks of the reel to the surface came a Walleye.Bob cranked it to the net,29" Walleye on the Trophy Diver,Black & Pink.We turned to go back the other direction and the other outside rod bent over and a little bit of drag went out, short fight and a 27" Northern Pike was in the net, again Trophy Diver in Black & Pink. Then the wind that was blowing at about 20 mph out of the West, just all of a sudden stopped.Shortly after that the right inside rod almost straightened back at the handle and line began to sing.It was staying down and was making good head shakes, looks like it could be big. After a couple passes near the boat down deep,up came a Hawg and into the net went a 49 1/2 in by 23" girth fat girl.Very clean fish, well marked. That was 1:37 PM,shortly after that the winds picked backup out of the NW at about 25 mph.At around 2:10 PM the wind switched around to the SW at about 20 MPH.We had just turned the corner from the Long Wall and were headed out into Lake Erie from the South Gap,rolling in 4 to 5 footers. As we passed by the big rock laying on the wall, the other side inside rod bent and the drag began
to sing. After a short battle, because the wind pushed the boat to the fish,I reached and quick scooped a fat 44 1/2 in musky.I then changed the two outer rods over to Legend Plows as well, now we had four Plows out.Making a pass at the front of the Coke Chanel, crossing the humps at both sides and turning out to the 37 foot hole, the right outside rod bent over hard and a big musky broke the water behind the boat.Into the net went our third musky of the day, another fat 46 incher.Three musky on Legend Plows on the shallow setting, short lined 25 feet from the boat,5 feet down over 30 to 37 feet of water.I sure love Wind & Waves! | Larry, that sounds like a great day. We caught 4 today trolling, none as big as yours but they were caught with 15-25ft of line out. Short lines have been good this year.[:)]

| Way to go Larry, today we had the wind and waves but our wopper was but 34 inches. LOL It also was caught over 60' of water as we were getting pounded.
Man Steve Hulbert will love to be back on his little Webster lake after a few days on the big O Lmao. Him and his dad Buddy went 7 for 9 but none over 40 [:(] . Just to think we nailed a 52.5 as they were getting to the cabin, I guess the timing was off a little bit this time. [:sun:]
