Location: WV | I was filling out a rebate offer for a set of binoculars and it says no PO boxes accepted. I dont understand. I have a "physical address" but will never get anything if its sent to it. I get my mail at a post office and its the only option. And even better...... the address to send the rebate too is PO Box 407... Just curious and looking for understanding. |
