| LANDYR the bite should be on now but there is a good algea bloom going on. I got back from Cass Lake Sunday, Monday I make some calls and every one said the fishing was slow. Smokies had the two charlies tournament Saturday and only 4 fish were caught. Two different boats of people I knew were out Sunday and did not even see a fish. I am going out tomarrow with DaveJ form the board, I will be out Sunday also and will post a report for you on the Pewaukee thread to let you know whats up. The weeds are low for this time of year in the narrows and that should make for some great fishing there if the water clears up. It is so bad that you can't see if you got a follow. Its like night fishing in the day time. The high winds today will help blow the bloom to one end of the lake I hope. Good luck tomarrow!!!![;)] | |

| Was out on the Fox today and hit nothing,,, things seem to be slow all over,, there are some stragglers being caught above the weeds. [:blackeye:] | |

| LANDYR one fish and one follow came from the west end and one fish and one follow came from Waukesha Beach are. The water tempatures on Pewaukee are in the low 60's. The weeds are starting to drop some making it possible to cast areas that have been weed choked for most of the year. The strong winds Friday must have helped with the algea bloom because it looked good to me today. Fishing on Pewaukee will be good for the rest of the season now!!!! [:p] [:p] | |
