| Hey guys,
On my 620 I have a 50" livewell, and use it as much as possible to keep the fish in water as long as possible. One thing I noticed that kills some time is measuring the fish out of water. I have a 60" floating stick I use, but was wondering if anyone knew of a 40,45 or shorter stick I could get similar to the 60". This way I could measure the fish in the livewell. Any suggestions are appreciated. I have already considered buying another 60", cutting it down and replacing the cap.
Thanks guys.

| Pippo, we made one out of 1/2" pvc and capped the ends. You can get a tape to stick on it. You can make it any length you want. |

| Cutting it down to 45 ought to guarantee you'll be catching a 52. [:)] |

| Cut it down!!! but keep a tape measure close by just in case

| I am no matter what keeping my original 60".
I am strongly considering the PVC suggestion and also considering buying another and just chopping it down.
Now if I do make the PVC version, where can I find a good tape/sticker to put on it.

| Phil:
The pvc thing is a good way to go. Another way idea is to simply put it along side a yard stick or other ruler and measure/mark the pvc with a sharpy marker. It is permanent. You can also start at 30" so you dont have to worry about under 30"ers. |

| Start at 30"!!!?????
Dave, we do fish the chain...lol Just kidding.
Only reason I would have under 30" is just incase they have a protective slot limit for carp. [:p]
