Heading to Vermillion the end of the month to fish the west end for the first time. I have talked with a few who have fished that water and am looking for some addittional feedback on baits and colors for this time of year (hopefully fall will have arrived by the time we get there, it was 83 a couple days ago). Pearl, blue, purple and white to mimick tullabies seem to be recommended often and we will be definitely taking that advice. Wondering if anyone has done well throwing natural colors this time of year? These are what we have been recommend to bring.

Bulldogs during the day- White, pearl and pearl blue and walleye color
Bulldogs at night- black
Cowgirls- blue/silver,double black, and purples w/pearl
Grandmas- pearl/white, pearl blue, cracked ice
Tubes- pearl and white
Topwaters at night

What part of the west end are you staying at and will be fishing in?
