Hi all,

I know these rods are rare, and those that have them are likely holding on to them, but I want everyone here to know that I am in desperate need for the 7'6" casting model St. Croix Classic Cat (CC76MH). These rods were discontinued about 10 years ago. I am willing to pay a LARGE amount if any of you have one you can part with or know of someone I can contact that has one. My preference is the 7'6" medium heavy casting model, but I would also have great interest in any of the other models as well. This includes the CC80H, CC76H, CC66H, CS70MH, and the CS76MH.
If you are unwilling to sell the 7'6" casting (CC76MH) I also have two 7'6" spinning models I might be willing to trade you for.

I realize that St. Croix makes other good options these days, but I am not interested in any other model other than the Classic Cat, regardless of how close they claim their new rods are to the old models. I have also did extensive "google searches" and it turns up some, but they are all dead ends and are completely sold out!

PLEASE only respond to this thread if you feel that you have some legitimate help for me. I would like for anyone to respond if they own one of these fishing rods regardless if you feel you're willing to sell. I would still be interested in making you an offer you can't refuse!

Please PM me or respond to this thread with inquiry. Thank you in advance!

Still looking fall all sizes. But preferably the Medium Heavy version (CC76MH) If you're interested in a trade or an outright sale. Shoot me an email or a PM. Thanks!

Bumping this thread up again. I am still looking for a medium heavy. I now have a couple of Heavy Action Classic Cats that could be traded. Or I would love to buy outright. Thanks!
