| If there are any Western Pa. anglers who fish the Keystone Power Dam in Armstrong County: What is the condition of the main launch on the lake? Is the water high enough to cover the ramp? Thank you. |

| The water is low but access is avaliable the ramp is useable you will get a good view of some good spots on this lake. Watch out for stinky horse smell. kabob & sab |
