Musky Tackle Online - I had a need for some new and replacement equipment this week, baits, tools and wanted yet another new rod. I searched and found MTO beat everyone on price for all of it basically. I place my order late into the evening on Tuesday night. I ordered a bunch of stuff and had it all delivered by 9am on Thursday morning! (except the rod, keep reading)

I received the rod by 9am on Friday morning. I was elated! The rod came from Tackle Industries in IA (via MTO).

I can't say enough about these companies and their exemplary service. I have used/ordered from both companies before and will again. I highly recommend them and their quality service and products to anyone in need of something, anything! Great job to Aaron and James!!

when it comes to lures I only order from mto or big wood, both are great and anything you order you get in three days or less, aaron from mto got me a couple of bucher spoons that he special odered and got them in 3 days like he had them in stock. He already had a order in with bucher lures and was able to get the 2 spoons sent with that order,I was impressed cause like I said I got them so fast it was like he had them in stock.

Aaron's service is top notch. I am lucky to live near him and if I need anything last minute he will let me come to his house and pick up baits or gear. Even late in the evening or weekends, whatever. I can't say enough good about MTO. Plus he always donates to our local chapter. Great guy, great company!

Thanks Brian! I am shipping right now in fact

Musky Tackle Online got my vote years ago. No clue how he does it but Aaron carries about 1000+ of my products as well as probably 10,000+++ other musky and pike lures and rods. He says he has a small place but I bet he has a HUGE basement. He was the first to work with me in the industry so I owe him a lot. In fact, you will see it in about 3000 commercials in 2012 from SD to NY. http://www.muskytackleonline.com About 15%-20% less than most other online stores, fast and free shipping to boot. How can you not like that. Plus if its on his website he has it in stock! You won't get a call or email 2-3 days later telling you 30% of your order is out of stock and will ship in 2-3 weeks...

Not musky related but L&M Fleet and Farm. When on vacation and I need to pick something up they not only know what they sell and where it is in the store, they will take you to what you are looking for.

Sure saves time and gets you back on the water faster.

Leatherman: Broke my blast multi tool last Monday, sent it in on Wednesday, got the replacement in the mail today. No questions asked. Pretty impressive.

Definitly MTO: Fast delivery, great prices, what else could you ask for?

Okuma: Great customer service. Broke a 8'6 XXH. All they wanted back was the piece of the rod that had the model # on it, and 15$ return shipping. Had my replacement in a week.

Andy Myers Lodge: Simply the best. Great customer service, dock guys can fix your boat with duct tape and a couple of screws, not to mention the best fishing info on Eagle. If I won the lottery I'd spend every August and September up there.

MTO, yes

I bought some of the 10's and 13's a couple of years ago and after using them a few times, quit using them because they wouldn't turn reliably. Just recently I gave MTO a call and they were using a heavy blade back then but are now using a thinner blade. They replaced them. Also after getting the replacements, one of the 13's had a clevis blow out after using it for a couple of hours and they replaced that also. All replacements came within 3 days and all work as expected. GREAT Service...

I wore out an Abu Garcia C4 6500 last year. I sent it in with a $10 check (for them to ship the reel back to me, if nothing else), keeping in mind I would have to pay more for whatever repairs they made.

One week later I received a NEW 6500 back from them along with my check! They didn't even use my shipping money! And I don't think the reel was defective, I just wore it out by pulling DCG's.

So then I bought a Revo Toro. I feel good buying Abu Garcia's stuff when I know they have exceptional product support practices.

MTO rocks... If they had everything i wanted I wouldn't buy from anyone else. They get a lot of praise, but Alex deserves all of it.

MTO also gets my vote. I ordered some leaders from them(were also priced the lowest) on a Monday morning and had them by Tuesday afternoon using standard shipping, doesn't get much better than that. I also really like Thorne Brothers and their customer service.
