Camping on Leech

Subject: Camping on Leech

Location: Maine Township, MN

Looking for a campground on Leech Lake that is tent friendly and a bar/restaurant on-site is preferred. Would like to have easy access to Pelican Island area and coming up from the 'cities, so the south end seems logical. Thinking the weekend of October 1st.

Anyone have good experiences or advice?

Try Pikedale Lodge on the east side- have a few camp spots and a bar/restaurant. I have no idea what the Anderson place or Huddles have for camping.
