| I had the handle made into a split grip and extended 2 inchs to better balence out the rod what a differance. This dosn't hurt the warnty any. I had the rod dressed up because the premier comes all black. I used it a few times it worked like a dream on bucktails and topwater baits. I didn't use any crank baits but im shur it would cast them the same. The extra 2 inchs made this rod cast so much better. All the guides are the the same color. I want to get a 9 footer and need to sell this one first. The rod retails for 189.99 and the custom work cost me $50 I won this rod a muskie tournament that's why I'm selling it so cheap.
