| Just a quick thanks to the folks at Tuffy service. I have a '97 Tuffy that had 4-5 small things that needed attention. The biggest problem was a bait well pump that quit working. After a call to Daryl, I took the rig up there for him to look at. I was there less than 1 hour and had all the items taken care of. I asked for the bill, and was told "no charge, let us know if you have any more problems".
Tuffy makes a great boat and if you ever need service on it don't worry, they will take care of you.

| Good to hear about the excellent service. Great boats, better sevice.
There are two type's of fisherman: the one's who own a Tuffy and the ones who wish they did. | |

| Darrel is a class act. I worked with him for over 20 years. German, stubborn, CRABBY, but a class act. Great boats, good people. It will be fun to compete with them....[] [] [] [] | |

| Hiya,
I think the biggest statement you can make about Tuffy's service quality is that when Tuffy owners (myself included) hear stories like this, they aren't surprised. You don't have to look too hard to find horror stories about service, or what passes for service, in the marine industry, but Tuffy's a notable exception. Their willigness to take care of their customers goes above and beyond...
